Report your baggage if it's delayed or damaged

We will ask you to enter your flight number, describe your baggage in detail and provide your preferred delivery address. Once you have submitted your report, we’ll send you a confirmation message including your mishandled baggage reference number.

You will be notified when your baggage has been found, and your airline will contact you to arrange collection or delivery.
